we are a small operation and are committed to passing on great deals for brand new furniture for half of what it would sell for through any online retailer. we get great deals because of our relationship with the warehouse that have connections with major online retailers. we are able to sort through their daily delivery of items that have been refused, returned or non-delivered for any slight reason, assess its condition and only cherry pick the best pieces. while our quality control is strict, sometimes pieces fall through that are not apparent and while we are committed to our quality inspection, we hope that you understand, some items get through and can cause some inconvenience. we are committed to correct any deficiencies either by replacing, refunding, or repairing any problems. rest assured, you are in good hands as we bend over backwards to make sure your experience is rewarding and hassle free.
